Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at the Westin Maui Resort & Spa in Ka’anapali. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure comfort throughout my visit, and the views from my room were simply breathtaking. However, there were some construction issues that made it a bit inconvenient to navigate certain areas of the resort during my stay, and the lack of self-parking added to the hassle at times. Overall, I loved the experience and would happily return once the renovations are complete.
My recent stay at this resort had some ups and downs. The grounds are beautiful, featuring koi ponds and pools that my kids loved. However, the dining options were disappointing, and the service experience at the pool was a real struggle. Overall, it's a nice place but not without its flaws, especially regarding the food and chair availability.
My experience at the Westin was a mix of highs and lows. On one hand, the location is fantastic, close to Whalers Village and right on the beach, making it easy to explore. Unfortunately, the ongoing construction really impacted my stay, resulting in pool closures and frustrating elevator waits. While I appreciated some aspects of the service, like friendly interactions with staff, several situations left me feeling neglected. Overall, it's a beautiful setting but not the best time to visit due to the construction noise and inconveniences.
